I’m unable to reset my password! There is no help on the app, worst app ever!

Steer clear of this app as it’s an absolute waste of your time. It does not work properly and trying to get the diffuser linked up to it is a nightmare. I would suggest finding a diffuser that does not rely on this app that is not fit for purpose.

Bit confusing to use need to play with it to understand

The instructions coming along the device are very hard to understand missing a lot of information. You can’t tell what each grade represents. You can’t tell how many times it will spray out in one hr or 24 hrs. The description when you buy don’t tell you if it’s a WiFi or Bluetooth thinking you get them both which you’re not. Oil is way too expensive.

You define a schedule but have no idea or way to set the clock on the diffuser. Who knows what time it thinks it is.

I can’t get the app to work. It keeps asking for a four digit pin!

Keep shutting down and does not start unit

Incredibly frustrating as I can’t login in to the app to change the run times for the defuser. No customer support to get support with this, so I have a diffuser that I can’t turn on when I want. This app seriously needs the bugs to be fixed ASAP!

No QR code to scan to add device…set up button does nothing…LED lightbulb doesnt even light up.

I second other reviews, this is too buggy. Need to sign in every time, which doesn’t help
