Great food, the sandwiches and cinnamon rolls were tasty!

You can not substitute meats without an up charge. Ex. I can order the Turkey Bacon Club at a restaurant and sub chicken for turkey without being up charged. On the app I have to remove the Turkey and add chicken for a $2 change. Also you can not customize drinks on the app. Ex. Unsweet Tea with lemonade

I noticed I was charged a service fee for using the app to order. It was only 49 cents but it doesn’t set well with me. It is as if the supermarket charged a fee for self checkout. I urge you to reevaluate your policies regarding this service fee. The app brings you business you might not otherwise have and you don’t need this fee to pay for it.

I received a birthday present a free small sandwich with the purchase of spending $1 and I went to receive my birthday present and it didn’t work cause they didn’t send a barcode to get it so I end up spending $15.03 on myself.. that was not a present that just got me spending more than what I went there for seem like a scam I guess. Smh

Way too hard to use the ap to get points. should do it at the register. Make it easy.

I’ve been trying to add a payment method for a while now and I always just have to go to the drive-through and order like a cave person instead of getting it ready through the app and then picking it up😁

While eating in the restaurant, an employee sat down at a table and watched videos on her phone at full volume. I could hear the videos on the other side of the restaurant. It was in Spanish. The music over the sound system (which was fine) mixed with the sound of a Spanish talk show (?) on blast made for a less than pleasant experience. Otherwise, the food was okay.

Super clean, food was fresh and looked exactly like the picture!(like it should) lol, definitely a good experience and will be back soon!
