Schlotzsky's Rewards Program

Still love the sandwiches but the workers are something to be desired. Had to wait to order for worker to get off their phone and then we watched as the back workers cut up and took their sweet time to make our order. The dining room needed a good cleaning as there was stuff on the floor and tables needed to be wiped down. People just need to do better especially if you’re dealing with the public.

Good, fresh food. Super long wait time.

I love Schlotsky’s. But I get disappointed when I ask for mozzarella cheese, pay extra for it, and when I get home, it is not in the sandwich. :(

First time customer. It’s actual been a decade + since I’ve been to Schlotzsky’s. No reason - except it never entered my mind. My daughter made me aware of your current holiday promotion. Out of curiosity, I stopped by. Great experience - ordering staff was very friendly! Sandwich was prepared quickly. Had no idea how the original would taste - but was definitely pleased. A great option from a boring burger. Will return! Thanks!

Arrived at the Murphy location drive thru and my app order wasn’t in the system. The crew quickly prepared my order and the representative that helped me was so kind and polite. Crew needs a raise!
