Because of a game error we as a gang were not able to get our season rewards. These are valuable items and this is what everybody worked for all season long. We contact support countless times and they don’t even trying to understan the issue. They just give random answers. What I propose you guys do not spend your money in this game and never expect support solve your problem.

The game is very good but this is a pay to play game . Everything in this game has a daily limit so no matter how much time you are willing to spend playing you will get to a point where you get stuck and you either wait for the other day or pay to get resources
