Works adequately whence on board. Needs to be re-logged in occasionally for some reason. Secondary, but the appearance, indexing and menus do not follow any of Apple iOS customs.

One star is one too many for this appalling app, it’s totally counter intuitive, and drops out seconds before trying to do key tasks like adding the security photo. Key information is impossible to find. This app does Seabourn’s reputation no good at all, it needs a total redesign and a rewrite, and anyone involved with the original shouldn't be allowed anywhere near it, because they have let Seabourn down.

When screen is set to rotate, the app should follow that setting.

Trying to connect to the internet whilst on board should be as simple as when on land but it isn’t. Seabourns IT dept should get on board ship and see what sort of disaster they have created, more frustrating than anything else. Bear in mind the old adage KISS keep it simple stupid !!

This app is not fit for purpose just spent an hour filling and re filling this useless app Guess I’ll just have to queue at embarkation on the day Perhaps Seabourn should employ Amazon to write their software

Seaborn is without doubt the top of my preferences for cruising however the Source app is a total disaster area. The recent update has achieved zero improvement, its so slow the fleet can overtake it. Still trying to amend preferences, any effort to book anything is impossible. Come on Seabourn get your IT act together.

As a loyal Seabourn Club member with well over 200 nights on board with the frustration of having to use a terrible website, I was delighted to see the launch of this app. Unfortunately the app is no better!! It has little functionality and just adds to the frustration of trying to deal with Seabourn’s back office. At the time of this review they think that Civitavecchia is in Greece!! Thankfully we won’t have to rely on the app developers nor the back office staff once we are on board the wonderful ships.

I agree with others. The app is almost impossible to navigate, it’s not intuitive and little works. Worse, you get no reply from Seabourn when you email to ask a question about the app. This is in line with general admin from Seattle and the absolute opposite of life on board. The developers need to spend a day with ship crew to see what customer service is all about.

Thank heaven Seabourn provide first rate cruises as their App and Website are dire. App doesn’t provide half the functionality you need to manage upcoming cruises and I can’t even get our boarding cards into the wallet, it just doesn’t work. I know this review is about the App but the Website is even worse. I assume the app and Website are both the responsibility of Seabourn’s IT development team and they really need to up their game…

App needs to be modified to work with VPNs used by passengers to keep personal data secure while traveling. It requires passengers to disconnect from their VPN to see anything in the app, then reconnect VPN to re-secure their data and continue using their other apps. No one who wants to keep their personal data secure uses unsecured WiFis without a VPN anymore. Please take customer data security needs seriously and update the app accordingly.
