Over complicated.
Requires an internet connection to access your tickets, a nightmare at festivals. Cant add tickets to apple wallet. Cant log in with face or touch id. Basically useless.
So in order to receive my shared ticket- a friend did one booking for us all to sit together- I need to make a ticket purchase in order to set up an account….? Can’t go now as friend is unable to come and I can’t get my digital ticket. How ridiculous. Why do you people have to make life so complicated. Don’t you realise normal people have very busy lives and don’t have hours to work out difficult IT systems…?

No Face ID option to login No options to customise the user experience eg dark mode, notification settings etc
I have both See Tickets and Gigs and Tours tickets. Confusing to log in and get from one to the other. Either have two separate apps or ditch one of the brand names
I have downloaded the wallet app. I have updated it. I have logged in using my Gigsandtours account, which is the same in which I have several orders for next week. I have pdf tickets in these orders. Everything as it should, right? Well, not quite, because the orders do not load on the app. I’ve tried everything including switching the phone off and deleting the app. Nothing works. Next step? Trying to contact customer service. But surprise! They do not have an option to do so, unless you want to track an order (which I don’t need, as I can see the orders in the browser). It’s a catch 22 situation in which they basically avoid having any contact (they in fact do say on the website that they do not have an inbound customer service). Maybe I’m doing something wrong, maybe the PDF tickets can’t appear on the app, but I’ll never find out, I guess. Fit for purpose? Definitely not in my personal experience
Had no idea when buying ticket for Orbital I was entering such a place of pain. Work in IT industry. This is a mess. Your CEO needs removing. It’s always a top down thing.
Pain in the ar*e. Just send me the digital tickets to my email address.
I bought tickets for a gig 6 months ago and then I find that today I have to jump through loads of hoops to find the tickets. Surely there are more intuitive ways of doing this.
