I bought two tickets for Dylan John Thomas in December. Straight from the see tickets website. Got to the door on the day of the gig and was not allowed in because the tickets had already been scanned, although there was no way this was possible and therefore i paid £40 and was refused entry. When contacting customer services I was met with generic generated emails and i have currently been waiting 2 weeks for a response they said would take 48 hours. Do not use this company

So easy to use and not all the add on fees the sites like Twickets add on

Long story short - used seetickets to buy tickets, tickets not in wallet. Failed at their only job

Absolutely dreadful setup. No call centre. If you’re buying tickets. Avoid this shower at all costs.

Doesn’t automatically find the password, not obvious it’s associated with Gigs and Tours, so needs password reset. Sone warning about this messing with Facebook (which happily I don’t use) and Spotify, which I do. Very poor.

First time using this company. Everything is achieved because I have chased customer services

I don’t recommend this app, I suggest avoiding.

Bought tickets, it made me download this app, order doesn’t show up, now I can’t log in. There’s no way of contacting them. There’s a send a message thing after spending 2 hours searching the internet, sent a message, someone got back to me saying tickets will show up a week before concert!! That doesn’t give me long to sort it out if it’s still not showing plus how can I sign in if it won’t let me. They need to improve this, people’s hard earned ticket money is at stake.
