Often looses connection with Sena device. Cant reconnect without stopping the record.

При переходе с 12Pro на 13Pro перенесла все данные. Пытаюсь подсоединить камеру к телефону , Wi-fi видит , Bluetooth нет . Обновила тел до 15.4.1 , все равно не видит. Проверила на 12Pro - видит и подключается ( версия ПО там 15.1.1 ) Исправьте пожалуйста. Гарнитурой пользоваться невозможно :(

Connectivity is awful. The app is a good idea but in practice it’s awful. It relies on the camera connecting to your phone via Wi-Fi. The major issue is the camera must have the weakest Wi-Fi signal known to man because it very rarely shows as visible and on the odd occasion it does, you get it connected and the app moves to a “connect camera” message, highlighting the camera has just lost its Wi-Fi. Again. I can’t even get it to hold Wi-Fi long enough to view my media. Sena is a good brand but this app/Wi-Fi on the 10c Evo is majorly below par for them. They need to sort it asap because it’s a real dampener on the product.

I bought a Sena 10C Pro for a road trip. Hours of chasing my tail setting up firmware updates to end with a crescendo of very poor quality apps. Spend your money on something else. Physical camera product quality seems OK but the supporting software and apps are just poor beyond ridiculous.

If you at all attempt to retrieve footage via the app all i have to say is good luck. Half the time the app wont register you’re connected then the over half when you do connect the quality of the video is shocking, i personally am i only able to review up-to 5 seconds of footage before the app either crashes or the video pauses.

Come on Sena get your act together. The app simply does not work. Retrieving video is near impossible and connection via wifi is hit and miss. The most disappointing thing however, is that Sena has taken absolutely no notice of the feedback offered. Come on, you can do better than this !

It isn’t formatted for newer phones and just plain does not wot work.

The app looks 10 years old and a 10 year old could probably have built a better app. Not a great design. Am able to see media when sync’d to Evo 10c however I am not able to see stored media in the app or transfer to my phone which therefore makes it pointless. I can see that the documents have been downloaded to my phone but are invisible in the Stored Media area. The Sena 10c Evo is an amazing bit of kit, but the app needs to keep pace with the competition.

Not sure how a company with the size and budget of Sena can produce such poor apps. Syncing to the Prism via WiFi is hit and miss, replaying stored video works when it feels like it and the adjustments you can make are useless. They could have at least included some kind of user guide or help files. Or a way to upgrade the camera firmware. Or anything really that you would expect from a tech company in 2021.
