Sendbox - Global Shipping

I don’t know why my package is taking almost 2 months to get to my clients now. I was called to ask him to go pickup in a particular facility in New Jersey which he went there and was told there’s no package for him what a mess! Sendbox please what is the update with my parcel this matter is getting out of hand and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated please what is happening!!! Guys this people would frustrate you how come a package is taking almost two month and the customer service experience is trash!!!!!

I recently installed the app and haven’t been able to move past the OTP page. I can’t receive an OTP, I can’t even complain that I haven’t received one.

Deliver my goods and don’t let us have any issue or business together again What arrant nonsense is this. And that disgusting nonchalant member of your nonsense team that is giving me the cold shoulder should warn herself And please don’t let me threaten you Return or deliver my GOODS!!!!!😡🤬🤬 Simple Or else the whole world will know what a scam you guys are RUBBISH 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t even bother trying to use this app, they used to be so good when they partnered with DHL, but right now, they use an unknown service and they take forever to deliver, mix up phone numbers, their customer service agents are always acting nonchalant! I saw sege and I still haven’t gotten my package. Very useless service!

They said they’d send an OTP to my number, so I can create an account… and I’m literally still waiting ! So annoying tbh

I am unable to signup as OTP is not being delivered. Please work on this and maybe i could better review the app
