Very terrible experience!!!!!
I don’t know why my package is taking almost 2 months to get to my clients now. I was called to ask him to go pickup in a particular facility in New Jersey which he went there and was told there’s no package for him what a mess! Sendbox please what is the update with my parcel this matter is getting out of hand and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated please what is happening!!! Guys this people would frustrate you how come a package is taking almost two month and the customer service experience is trash!!!!!
