I had a horrible experience with Sendbox . Still in deep shock to comment my experience

So I’ve been using sendbox since Jan 2023 and I must say, they are not only reliable but swift. Their speed with my international orders is remarkable. They do have glitches sometimes but their good work surpasses them. I mean, no entity is perfect. I highly recommend them especially for small businesses because of their affordable rates.

Sendbox is a very reliable shipping service, my clients have their orders delivered to them without any form of damages! It’s very swift and reliable to be honest.

Send box are super fast and very yet affordable with their prices have been using send box for years now and the experience have had with them have been amazing 😻

I’ll need a refund of the money for goods I paid cuz why will you delay my package this much? You’re not picking calls. Please don’t patronize this brand if you don’t want your money gone

Awesome fast and reliable

Sendbox is my go to app for shipping locally and internationally! I’ve been using it for almost 3 years now. They’ve delayed a few times but i wouldn’t rule them out for a few mishaps. Customer service is always available too

I have an online fashion store that caters to clients outside Nigeria; US, UK , Canada & the rest of the world. Through our year 2022 - I used Sendbox as my shipping partner & was able to assure my customers of shipping delivery on or before 6 days because Sendbox used DHL. I shipped over 100 packages using sendbox in year 2022. Outside Nigeria; customers write reviews after receiving their order ; I depend on those reviews to get more customers. I was paying N18,500 as shipping fee as well. So I make sure I do my Best to make them happy. All went well until Sendbox restructured their shipping & started offering standard shipping and basic shipping (can’t remember what it’s called) this was a big mistake on their part. Then cheaper shipping is only offered in certain states & it’s supposed to be faster but it the worst shipping I’ve ever used in my life . I sent a package from Lagos to the US ; it took almost 3 weeks to arrive; & there was no tracking number; are you kidding me?? I couldn’t send tracking to my customer & every time I want to know where my package is for fear of getting lost I have to call sendbox & also waste my call credit. They have changed from DHL to UPS. In other states u are only have the option of using regular shipping which is about N26,000 - I sent a package 2 weeks ago via Sendbox & their shipping partner UPS … do you know as I write this review this package is still in transit??? After paying such an Amount? It’s been 14 days .. WOW .. and the funny part is that I sent another package that same day to the US via DHL & that package was delivered in 6 days. And I paid N30,000 for sending it via DHL .. I should have just sent this 2 weeks in transit package via DHL.. sendbox is confused. Bottom line .. this is where my business relationship with Sendbox . I cannot risk the reputation of my business trying to ship a package for cheap with a company that cannot ensure my package is delivered within the time frame stipulated: which is 6-9 business days. If you don’t want to get frustrated frantically trying to track your package & calm your customers down & for the sake of your own peace of mind I’d advice you to leave sendbox alone & use DHL direct ; figure out a way to include the shipping cost in the price you quote to your customers.

Online booking is a good to go for me and I do receive my international shipping in days, thank you sendbox

This has been my to go shipper for a while now for all my international shipments. Been using sendbox for some years now and must say they have great customer service and highly efficient. Thank you for supporting my small business and delivering all my items fast.
