I reported a genuine problem(cleaning wasn’t handled professionally) to the customer support and they didn’t provide satisfactory resolution/appeasement. Need to improve on customer service.

I used it for the first time....... prompt service. Don’t hesitate to use this.

Slow response, need to be chased for deliverables, and higher than market rates - I struggle to reconcile their value proposition. I booked them for a power inspection on a sat. After the job was done, the tech said will give me a report and that SH will send me. This report documents the findings and recommended course of action. It is pretty standard, I would imagine. On the coming fri, i enquired about the report that i did not received and was asked “what report?”. I patiently explained in writing. And then i was kinda ignored. Come following mon, still no news. The technician’s recommended I should replace the db box. So i requested from SH on the same day for a quotation for db box replacement. They got back … after 6 days with a bizarre WA message “looking to hear about my booking”. Hello? In the prior WA chat, it was established that SH was to respond with the quotation. And so they charged me $700+. I sought a competitive quote and got another vendor who quoted half that price. This vendor did a inspection in Sun and got back by next day on Monday with the quotation. Super fast and reasonable pricing on par with market rates. Verdict: There are more competent vendors in SG who can deliver to my satisfaction. SH is riding on the brand experience of PropertyGuru - efficient, responsive and empowering for users. Sendhelper falls short on the first two. For the third, it was exasperating for me

After seeing your advertisement, I download & kept calling but no answer & no return call. Don’t understand why you keep on advertising in Tik Tok when you don’t respond. You can say that you are shorthand or too busy, then stop advertisements in Tik Tok

I was quoted more than S$500 for manpower alone to fit a non-electric bidet, replace a shower head, dismount a 25” wall mounted tv, and drill a towel rack. Cancelling the quote request led to a charge of $5. Why? It shouldn’t be administrative fee because it’s a common quote request for any company, and I submitted photos of my required tasks, which was required.

Very satisfied with the service. Easy booking and many choices of timing too despite my last minute booking. Khin was the helper and she seems automatic in doing things. Very clean house at the end of the day. Thank you Khin! 👍🏼

Hired SendHelper for my resale flat cleaning , price for DEEP CLEANING was 400++ including refrigerator cleaning . Quality of cleaning is just bad , cleaner uses a dirty cloth to clean my furniture . Use just Dettol to clean all surfaces including window glass . Touch up was done and the quality of the touch up is as good as doing yourself . If you plan to do deep cleaning just pay for normal cleaning is probably the same 😀

Booked their recurring cleaning service. Absolutely amazing. Smooth and efficient. Customer service is great as well. Will definitely recommend to more friends.

Both sign up with Apple and Facebook have bugs, can’t process further, the sign in button are still “grey” after fill in all the info ! Very disappointing
