Both sign up with Apple and Facebook have bugs, can’t process further, the sign in button are still “grey” after fill in all the info ! Very disappointing

Downloaded the app and tried to use it, but it hangs or doesn’t show properly. Deleted the app right after. Wasted my time.

I got bad experience here every time, the cleaner in this company don’t have the awareness of service and being impatient and frustrated all the time, I’ve used this app for three times every time the cleaner will go back as least half an hour earlier, and bad cleaning works can’t even do a basic wipe. Btw their price is higher than other campaigns as well. Definitely NOT recommend!!!

I am rarely this upset about a company. Have a look at their refund policy and their SendPay Credits. Let us say you book a cleaner for a weekly job and you make a 300 SGD upfront payment. For whatever reason you are unhappy or you simply changed your mind. You want your money back? No chance! The “refund” is in SendPay Credits, which basically means once you paid you will not get your money back, no matter what. Who came up with this crazy policy? In many countries, this would not even be legal. And the 50 SGD off your first booking? Again a scam. It is 5 SGD of your first 10 booking, but they have to be single full-price bookings, not discounted recurring bookings. So even though they advertise 50 SGD off the first booking, it actually is 5 SGD off the first 10 bookings. In my opinion that is at worst a scam and at the very least highly misleading. Of course, do your own research and build your own opinion. I know that there is no way I will book with these clowns ever again. PropertyGuru, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Tried hiring part time maid service. Terrible experience. The helper probably untrained and worked very slowly. Simple stuff like squeezing dry mop and wet cloth also not done properly. Wife has to do it. No pride in her work and can’t be bothered. Won’t hire again

Terrible service with no hesitation about following unfair business practices.. charging cancellation fees even when there is no acceptance of the quotation from the customer. I would not recommend this to anyone. Despite multiple requests to cancel the service, the helpdesk failed to take action and kept promising that someone would contact me soon. The handyman service costs twice as much as those on Carousel. I regret not reviewing comments before using the app.

You never send me cleaner and yet you charged me… Please refund asap. I don’t want credit in your app!!! Liar
