Love but wish was easy to see if another staff member picked up an incoming call rather than saying missed.

Previous poor quality calls have been significantly upgraded and we no longer have issues. The ability for calls to be recorded and transcribed very accurately plus a summary of the call sent straight into relevant job cards has been a game changer for us … so glad we stuck with it for these much anticipated improvements

App is buggy. Calls are poor quality even when connected to wifi.

We have this system tried this last 3 weeks for our business, we have hard nothing but trouble! Poor call quality, not being able to use our own number for out going calls, computer ringing even when turned off, app on phone changes accepting calls to not accepting calls by itself. They try to help on chat but really have been unable to resolve any issues so far, the whole setup has cost me about $2500 with new phones and mobile plans changed as they won’t work with Telstra? Do you self a favour don’t even bother trying.

This app could have so much potential but is very buggy, I’ve been using it now since it first came out and calls constantly drop out and I’m having to recall customers multiple times, features seem to play up on it quite regularly. Service m8 is amazing, however the phone app needs much more work done to it.

This has changed the way I do business and saves me hours each month. As a solo operator that is huge! Simple to set up and use with only the occasional drop out or bad connection (no more than I get with normal mobile service) and the ability to automate or streamline much of the booking process. Calls are recorded so you always have a record of what was said and can come back to info you may need to check. That is invaluable when doing admin on the road and during jobs. One feature that would be handy is the ability to add a call to an existing job instead of sending it to inbox. I often make calls to contacts not entered on the job card that I would like stored on the job anyway. Awesome app that I recommend to anyone running a business in an area with normal mobile reception coverage. Keep up the great work!

Once you sign up for SM8 phone, tapping the client phone number always opens this app. If your service is only 3G, this doesn’t work very well. Would be much more usable if we could choose whether to call a client from SM8 Phone or using the normal phone app. We live in a country town and more than half the time we don’t have solid data coverage. Would also be nice if it allowed admin app users to change settings, such as switching between on-call and message bank, etc.

This takes m8 to the next level, really excellent. Just needs security and access permissions implemented ASAP for different staff levels. Well worth the wait. If your not using m8 yet or are on the fence not sure, my advice is do it.
