If Monty Python were doing a sketch on how to create a need for several apps to verify each other and access your own data, this would be it. Have a feeling the uptake % will be a fraction of what WA gov wants … because the set up process is a joke!

To set yourself up on this app is an arduous and prolonged experience. Who ever configured this app should go and stand in the corner of a room with a large dunces cap on their head.

Using iPhone 6 and iOS 12.5 the service wa app fails to authenticate with MyGovID, have wasted over an hour trying to resolve. Not a good omen for mass sign up to this app , a very poor experience.

Really bad and not user friendly

Technical folk must have been in charge of the sign up process, which has led to a series of decisions which have resulted in a challenging sign up experience. Unfortunately, I think this may limit its adoption in WA.

I installed this app to claim student assistance payment but the search results on the app said there is no such payment. I will now be claiming through website.

Doesn’t load past the splash / on-boarding screen.

I would rather shove 47 pounds of untouched bat excrement up my gluteus maximus rather then spend another millisecond of my damned life on this planet on this god forbidden app. Somehow it is more confusing then the policies these damn governors make, and it has a worser accessibility then the depths of the 7th layer of hell. In the name of all that’s holy who the hell made this? How and why?? What did they do to the poor person who made this abomination?

Having to upload personal data and preferences each update is frustrating!

Soo forces you to sign in with digital ID which is against the rules and digital ID bill. Digital ID is voluntary and you cannot force people to use it.
