Despite even removing the app and redownloading it, nothing will load. You cannot contract customer service. Don’t get this app.

Won’t load my purchases
Since this app updated, none of my purchases will load , existing or new. I contacted support who asked for my name etc which I sent three times and they said they did not receive. I have paid for these and I want them! Same goes for machine embroidery.
