Shape: Lucid Dreaming

Haven’t remembered dreams in ages. 2 days I to using this and recall has skyrocketed. Good journey toward lucid dreaming. The daily state test alerts are great as well. Excited to be using this app. Will update this review after the first month.

Gorgeous app but everything interesting is pretty much locked behind a subscription. I wish the first practice was at least free to see if it’s worth it. Not everyone has 15$CAD/month to spend for a sleep app. I miss the time where you could actually buy premium apps like this instead of having to pay for a subscription every month, it certainly adds up.

I love the way this app looks! And while I’ve only started using it, I feel like i regained the ability to dream that I lost a while ago. Looking forward to finally being able to lucid dream again!

This app is great. I do not pay for the whole thing but what they give you for free is still great. The thing is I checked my streak for how many dreams I have remembered and it says that my streak is one day which isn’t right. I even went back to check all my journal entries and they are all there. I have not missed any nights.

Really great design, I can tell alot of effort went into this app and it shows, I lucid dreamed! Highly recommend.

I opened the app today to find that over 20 of my dream entries are gone. Not sure what happened, as I’ve never deleted the app. That was over a years worth of dreams for me. I genuinely have no idea how this could happen. I’m pretty upset :( Other than this problem I’ve had a good experience with the app, as I’ve been using it for over a year. Wish I could get those back.

As soon as I saw this app I was instantly drawn to it, firstly because of its gorgeous colours and general vibe / feeling — but also due to the sheer greatness of the idea! I’ve always flirted with lucid dreaming on and off over the years but struggle to be consistent. I really love having this app as a reminder daily to commit. I reached out to the team with a question and they were so lovely and accommodating, you can tell it’s made by beautiful people who care. Can’t wait to explore this further and spend more time!

I wear my watch to sleep. Would be great if I could get a complication and more alert configurations. I think it would make a great dream state testing tool.
