In general the app experience and interesting changes the team experiments with, is very good. Also the app has never crashed or given troubles and is easy to use & navigate. Unfortunately, the program though can be managed well at back end & by tech teams. Recently Offers promised are not fulfilled on meeting all T&Cs and needs a lot of follow up; off-late on several occasions.

Worst experience trying since last week unable to register just redirecting to app store

There should be the option for the cancellation of submitted receipt

Used to work before. now it just doesn't open. why can't the counter add the points using mobile number ??? This is so old style ... opening and scanning app at a counter
