Last Minute Cancellation on Festive Season
We did booking 1 month in advance to avoid difficulties on booking on festive seasons. I received an email from them 1 day before I’m using the car. The email shows my booking was cancelled due to maintenance of the car. I understand the rules and regulations they have the right to make changes. How about my right? My money? Refunding of money takes few working days. This is so unacceptable. No replacement of car one thing. Another thing, I need to fork out another money to book for another car.
