Broken game
Cant do anything With people that comes to buy items in my shop 😐
Game stopped working after update
So the update broke the game for alot of people. Disconnects and cant do anything. Contact support who pretty much just tells you to wait for next update but no one knows when it Will come. Steam version broken Aswell. Low effort developer stay away not worth it
Extremely predatory microtransactions
It is a shame, this game is cozy and pretty chill to play, but the greed is so bad in it. Trivial matters such as unlocking some new workers is priced at €20-35 EACH. That is unacceptable for a mobile game. That is the equivalent of ONE indie/small AAA game on console/PC! If they would instead convert these insane price tags to gem options worth around €5, then at least would: 1# Be reasonable for a mobile game 2# Be feeling like an optional purchase since you *can* aquire gems for free, but slow and hard, but actually feel like a tempting purchase and not them holding up the middle finger saying ”pay up or F off from our game”.

This game is so money hungry! i got banned for accidently buying gems then i wanted a refund, with the current generation new payment methods come so it was a fast face ID and boom i bought it! wanted to make a refund like i get my money back and they get their gems back simple right? well short answer it wasnt, i got BANNED for apparently scamming the company for 20 bucks? apple gave back my money but the people who made this app banned me, they said the only way i could get unbanned is by again purchasing the gems i apparently ”scammed” them for... DO NOT INSTALL! WASTE OF TIME
WARNING!!
Be very aware of these developers, I can just say one thing and that’s money hungry robots. You’ll get permanently banned for requesting a refund, so be careful. It so happened that my 5 year old daughter bought something on the game, then when I refunded I got permanently banned. Not even temporary, but permanently. It’s a shame since it’s a nice game overall, too bad that the developers are acting like they’re robots and can’t see past minor accidents. Two things... Money Hungry & People with lack of understanding👎🏼
Better than expected
So I downloaded the game after seeing an ad hoping the ad would disappear faster(It didn’t) didn’t care enough to delete the game. figured I’d give it a go while waiting at a bus stop but then realised it needed WiFi so I thought oh one of those games. Being too lazy to delete it I just left it downloaded for 2 days or so before I decided to try it and see if it was good or not. So after I got home to my beautiful wifi I tried it out and it was pretty good. And to think I wanted to delete it twice and didn’t cause I was too lazy.
