Update last Tuesday made this game totally unplayable on IOS but the devs only mentioned it once in 3 days as us players don’t matter about been informed at all. No compensation after it was fixed either as IOS users don’t matter. During the 3 days I started playing the game on steam instead and now I’m banned from using gems on the market for 2 days just for daring to play on 2 platforms with 1 account!!! Have contacted the customer support via ingame support but I’m just been totally ignored but bet once the 48 hours is up they will suddenly answer so they don’t have to do anything.

On the surface it seems like a crappy rip off of some triple A game. But it’s really charming and addictive! It isn’t flooded with micro transactions too! Just needs a rebrand in my opinion!

Honestly I never review but here goes. Don’t waste your time. Frankly not only is it almost impossible to progress without paying but also progression is so slow the gameplay is akin to nails on a chalkboard gathering material crafting expanding your shop and gathering new vendors all things which are fun at first but frankly this game is the most abhorrent example of a pay to progress slow painful game

This is a entertaining enough for a mobile game but be warned, you cannot change your email address and if that becomes necessary you will lose everything in game as they do a Ubisoft and anything you paid and worked on becomes unavailable to you.

Honestly this is probably my all time favourite game. I love how you progress and how there is literally 1000’s of items to make. I also really enjoy how you can join a guild where you can talk with other people and get help and advice on the game or just have a nice chat with someone! I also really like how you get to explore the game and are always finding new stuff and there are lots of events and updates are pretty frequent. Also I love how even though you can pay for premium, or to get certain stuff you don’t have to as you can still get through the game easily without any in app purchases.

Game pretty good, had invested a year of playing was joined to a great guild, invested A LOT of money over time. Used crystals to further one of the tower quests which I’d paid for, the game crashed not only did I lose all my crystals but also was returned to level one of the quest, which is fine these things happen, seeked help from customer services got asked to send a screenshot of an unforeseen circumstance like ummmmm what, then repeatedly asked what had happened so I went straight to Apple for a refund, upon returning to game they had MINUSED 1663 crystals and banned me from market, when I questioned this they told me I had to repurchase all the crystals then I’d be reimbursed as I had got a refund which was classed as a scam!!! Actually could not believe it so got a refund on all the money I’d spent on game and deleted the game, The amount of crystals I would of had to buy would have cost around £90+ lol as if Id have ever trusted them again, but hats off to Apple who have refunded me and now just to wait on my further complaint Customer service you guys are awful!!
