Shuttle Delivery

There seems to be a problem with the app every day. Hopefully one day I can come and edit this comment but I would recommend creatrip or cupong . Even if they cancel your items, it takes a while for money to come back on your account so it’s not even worth canceling. It’s hard to get in contact with anybody. There’s a problem every single day with the app. Overall, the customer service is bad. They don’t know how to speak. They refuse to accommodate . Half the time you don’t know where your food is they don’t contact you.

First time using Shuttle and after many attempt from other delivery apps only Shuttle worked with my order as a tourist in Seoul, Korea. Totally recommend this App! My delivery came right to my hotel door 🚪 Amazing experience with live chat 💬 Thank you so much!!!

I’m Korean though born in the US. I’m testing this out for my friends who will visit Korea. I used the app in Korean and have communicated with the shuttle concierge in Korean. There was an issue with delivery as sometimes Korean address can come out weird for delivery. Good communication, delivery staff was kind&professional. Delivery was safely made. PROS 5/5 -Delivery service, fast, professional and kind! -Shuttle Conceirge service/fast response/professional -The food was still HOT! -App layout very simple, clean and pretty -Foreigner friendly -PayPal,Apple Pay, Foreign Cards. I am a foreigner currently living in Anam near Korea University. Whenever the app is available it works like a charm and there is nothing wrong with it at all; truly perfect. However, there is rarely an occasion where the restaurants don’t say “Service temporarily unavailable.” At first, I thought it was because the place I am staying at is rather new, however other I have spoken to in more established locations the same issue. Everyday it says the same thing usually at similar hours. I don’t know if there is a reason for this but if so, it hasn’t been communicated effectively or at all. Sidenote, the prices on the app are usually 1,000 or 2,000 won more than at the physical store and different stores have different minimum amounts. Delivery is a bit pricey (still cheaper than Uber in the USA), but it’s the only one I know of that works for foreigners and is in English.

Prices are jacked up. No option to track your order nor the agent can provide updates. I asked to cancel my order so hopefully I’ll get a refund. It’s sad that there aren’t any food ordering apps for foreigners after all these years. They should definitely state it on the app that you can’t track your orders nor receive updates before ordering.

Restaurant cancelled my order and shuttle still took my money. I’ve emailed multiple times and no response. $50 down the toilet

Ordered for the first time did everything correctly I’m a food delivery regular. App offers no tracking for food. 30 minutes later asked for a updated to be told me order was being held bc my hotel wasn’t confirmed BUT THEY ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY! 2 hours later still don’t have my food and they won’t let me cancel my order for a refund. Total scam do not use!

I got a coupon with a code to put in and the code didn’t work. Also, when you open the app, there’s no stores that pop up.

Be careful. Using the application. This was December 2023 till this day 10months later never saw my refund after my order got canceled due to weather. Use the application at your own risk.

App doesn’t work, neither does the help chat when I tried to get it resolved. I’ve tried multiple times to order and the same issue popped up.
