The existing complaints are valid. 1. We have the Versicharge 3 with wifi. Every time we get a hydro glitch the charger appears to reconnect to our wifi and all status lights are normal. But the charger will not connect to our electric car or charge it. I must manually cut its power and wait 10 minutes for it to reset. This terrible bug needs a software fix. 2. Simple monitoring is no real help. If Siemens software developers have no better ideas they should be fired and replaced. I can think of a few good ideas and I’m sure there are others who have better ideas. 3. For starters try an on-off remote function. Sometimes charging needs to be remotely interrupted or controlled. 4. Also an alert to phone or device if there is a problem and also when charging is done. Especially useful for condo dwellers who form the majority of users. Is anyone listening? Hello?

Incapable de brancher la borne à mon Wifi

Ever since the update from Versi charge, the charger is not recognized, the app is confusing and trouble shooting documentation is lacking.

Had since May with delay issues. Had several techs working on a solution but up to Nov no final result. Finally had enough tan installed a different unit.

New version. New problems. Power calculation is not good. 4.35 kw show but system give 20kw…First when there is an error there is no phone number to call when asking for support. No email also when the button appear for support. Also the daily power consumption seems to be on the Germany time zone! So locally in Canada the daily power consumption shift at 19h in the next day…

It cost me a few hours tried to re-register a charger lost wifi connection. And after a few weeks the charger cannot be controlled using this app. This is a seriously bad app.

Connectivity is horrid. Always disconnects. Have to delete profile and reconnect within the app after every charge. Have newest Google WiFi. Buy a Tesla charger. I work for the company and they have to give this away.

Won’t scan the barcode when in broad daylight and plain view, takes FOREVER to connect, connection is trash and errors out, then when you come back the next time you get to do it all over again.

The new app has worked great for me over the past month, much improved look and functionality

The app and the wall unit are both just abysmal. Got this on a friend’s recommendation and we have both replaced our wall units since then. Stay far away.
