Pls, add Apple Pay or at least let us add regular credit card, I am tired every time putting my credit card information(((

Payment Could be improved if only they allowed ApplePay ..

The app does not work the contact phone number they put on the pre paid sim to call for help is disconnected so we had to go the shop as we bought 2 pre paid sim and neither would work they guy in the shop at harbour city was rude and unhelpful told us nothing he can do they know these sim do not work the best you will get is data only as the calls and texts do not work it can’t connect to the app and if we need more help go to the main store. Total rubbish service and company don’t by this they will not help and your money is lost

They happily welcomed my 40sgd top up without warning me the sim it was connected to would be cut off. Result they have taken my money and I can’t use any of the service I paid for, literally went to the store in person today where they said they couldn’t do anything and were extremely rude. Do not get fooled if you are considering sticking with them.

The phrasing of the available data on the hi mobile card is extremely misleading and the people selling the card are just as unclear as to what the card offers. It’s a fraud and a sham.
