The app is nothing more than a lean website. Buying tickets via the app is just plain cumbersome: When you put tickets in your basket, you will find you can’t checkout. There is no prompt however WHY you can’t checkout. After a lot of tapping and only by trial and error, I found out that you need to log in BEFORE being able to proceed. Why not make the checkout button available, and in cas you are not logged into your account, offer a login button? Rather than to have people stuck at checkout. Secondly, after that ordeal, I had to type in my payment information as the basic app does offer an option to store payment information. Why not?! Not very user friendly is it?! Lastly, after then finally having bought my tickets, it is impossible to add them to Apple Wallet!! So rather than to have the tickets easily available, the developer forces me me to have to open the app again when I want to enter the venue and tap in multiple locations to retrieve my tickets. Waste of time. No, the app really is not well thought through and needs a complete overhaul by a competent programmer.

Using that to attract early bird ticket buyer and then later want to change date, they said need to top up money… cheater

I don’t know who works there, but app doesn’t work, try to find events or tickets, app write “no events find” . Pages freezes, show errors… Shame on developers.

Can not back to home page from personal information page. buttons show on the page are all useless!

The App said can download digital ticket but not!!!! Lousy app.

I bought ticket there but found there is a 6 dollar difference and later it turns out that that was the booking fee! This platform is not transparent at all
