SL-Journey planner and tickets

- choose current location - manually type station - screen is blocked, can’t do anything, only reload helps (not always)

It'd be great to be able to pay for tickets using Apple Pay, and have them available in Wallet. This would provide a much smoother experience on the Apple platform. I realise Wallet can't dynamically regenerate the QR codes like the official app, so that could tricky. Perhaps consider implementing these over NFC? Would be awesome not to have to aim the QR code at the reader.

In busses qr code scanner is combined with NFC terminal, so when you use your phone it opens apple pay, making it impossible to scan the qr code!

Everytime it says that there are no journeys.

It forces you to download the last iOS update. It make you lose a lot of time.

Literally trying to buy a monthly ticket for two hours and the payment says “problem” happens every month. Slow, problematic, also the tickets prices have increased for such a bad service, busses delays never says in the app, horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Suddenly it does not accept the card I have been using for months

I traveled all around Stockholm with the app, precise gps location telling you exactly which transport to take. I never write reviews, but this one is very nice, clear and with 0 mistakes. SL best way of transportation in Stockholm!!
