SlideBy – Easy Budget Planner

OMG, what a fantastic app. I have been looking for something like this for years. It is superb. Thank you to the authors. I hope you continue to update it. It is in my opinion, a work of art and a much needed application, well designed and implemented. I would very happily pay a subscription for this, best ever you’ve got to try it. It is one of the few applications that is fully functional with UK banks. Well done and thank you. PS I don’t often write reviews, but this was so excellent to find. I felt I should share my views.

Tryed to connect with my bank 3 times but it never starts showing in app that it’s connected just offers to connect again as tho i never connected in the first place

I really wanted this app to be good. Since Yolt closed there has been a real lack of decent personal budget, bank-linked, expense tracking utilities. I’ve tried them all and most do one or two areas well but not all. While this looked a little old school, obviously a copy of an older desktop version, it does provide all I was looking for. It’s small to use on a phone, but again I can live with that if it does what I require. What I can’t live with is the constant syncing and the lack of support. After allocating two or three expense items to the desired categories, the app greys out and starts syncing. Again a quirk I could live with if the sync didn’t take several hours (the app is still syncing now from last night!). I emailed support asking if I had set up anything wrong or if it is a setting up issue which disappears after time. Three days later and still no response. And so the search goes on.

The app would not open so I reinstalled it, now it will not let me log in and when a password reset email has been requested I have received nothing

Tried other similar apps, failed miserably. This is comfortably the most convenient and versatile. It’s really helped me build a clearer future financial picture which is so useful for me. The best part is you don’t need to be a tech pro to use it either. Great time saver. Would recommend.

Simple to understand and easy to use. Saves me a lot of time not having to update my spreadsheets. Would definitely recommend!
