Отвратительное покрытие на Siargao, практически везде нет сети, в отличии от Globe.

Купили 2 сим-карты в аэропорту Манилы 22 февраля за 1500 песо у стойки SMART на 30 дней безлимит. Вместо этого подключили бесплатное промо на 3 дня и сим-карты перестали работать. Обманщики!

It only works once for me. Don’t know what is happening but I tried to buy load but I received error messages multiple times. I tried the website instead of an app and it works. However, the app still won’t allow me to buy load. Overall, so far so good.

Even though I haven’t changed anything, I have to tell the app my phone number that I have been using without any change of app, device, etc. that’s not smart at all. Update: It appears that every time the app updates, it loses memory of my previous login and I have to enter all the digits of my phone number again to login.

I visited and stayed in the Philippines back from 2021 to 2023. I used this Smart service and their Smart App for my phone during my stay. I reloaded my phone for Data service using my WellsFargo (U.S.) bank account connected to their Smart App in 2022, but they double charged my bank account and never returned my money that was stolen or double charged. Their customer service is useless to non-existent, because I spent hours waiting to connect to a real person agent multiple times per day for two months. They did not and would not return the money they stole from my account even with proofs of evidences from the history of charge with confirmation numbers, dates, and times in both the Smart App and my bank account. They did not even offer to credit the money they double charged for data service instead of refund. I could not contact my bank from there, so the money they stole is theirs to keep. I Do Not recommend this Smart Service when you go to the Philippines. It was one of the worst experiences being there. Until now, their social media pages seems to have many complaints from local Filipinos whose local bank accounts were charged and never refunded or used the money they stole for their services.

Can’t even sign up on app because I’m not using smart bro. What a waste of time. Only reason I tried is because now my plan is auto renew unless I turn off auto renew in the app

Yesterday I download this app because it offers points but then I regret it. I know im not the only who has the same problem with your app! I have 457 balance and i cant register any promos on your app! Even I use *123# its no use! "You dont have enough balance" even though I HAVE!!! Can you please fix this!

I was able to add my card once and and pay for service. Then all of a sudden when I went to get more load I wasn’t able to pay for my load or even add my card to the account. Kinda ridiculous that I can’t pay for my phone service
