I tried registering twice now. Both times, aadhaar OTP wasn’t being validated by the app and another option was provided to perform KYC using PAN. First time, it was rejected with an email stating that glasses needed to be removed for KYC. Before I did KYC, I went through all the FAQs and nothing was mentioned about glasses. Even while doing KYC, there was no prompt about glasses. Second time it got rejected, I didn’t even get an email or any notification. I just got back online after 2-3 days when I had some time and noticed that KYC was rejected. I received no email whatsoever telling me what the problem was. I searched a little and noticed an in app notification that said aadhaar front and back was needed. How pathetic is it when your app wasn’t accepting the aadhaar OTP and you yourself gave the option to validate KYC using PAN? I uploaded my PAN and did KYC and still rejected! I don’t even want to register anymore and will discourage anyone from doing so as well. It’s really not worth all this garbage.

I’m really happy with using Snapay. Have used many platforms, but this one is outstanding price wise as well as customer care wise. Keep up with your good work team. Thanks 🙏

Payment not credited in account. Customer care call not received.

I’m on ios 17. The app indefinitely loads at login and is unusable as a result

I made a payment on 16 September 2023 and I select T+4 settlement time and it was showing that payment will be settled on 21 September 2023 and then I found that they changed the date automatically and next day payment day showing 22 September 2023 if you are in state of emergency then I will not recommend. I promised someone but I was failed just because of them and I’m still waiting for the payment. Payment not settled yet.

They hold my transaction even with me providing proof . It was an extremely urgent case where i needed money and my netbanking was not working . No reply from customer care as well .
