Would be great to have integration with wallet on iPhone

XXI. Time to change. Extremely need passbook integration.

I really appreciate how well this app is designed. The UI is pretty clean and is easy for the travel pro and the beginner to use.

This app is terrible—to buy tickets, it just takes you to the website, and then when you try to pay it shows the web format screen in your phone, meaning the fields to type your credit card info Into are all just one millimeter tall, and when you try to zoom it only zooms from the upper left corner, so you can no longer see or tap any of the fields. Oh, and it doesn’t take iDeal payment. What’s the point of the app if it’s actively worse than using the website??

This app is very difficult to use. When I tried to pay for a ticket using a credit card, the payment screen was very small and I could barely read it. When I tried to zoom in, the screen zoomed into the left edge, not the center part with the name and card number boxes. I had to fill in my name and number without being able to see what I typed. The only way I could see what I typed or select the payment button was to zoom all the way out. Also, when I got my ticket, the ticket didn’t automatically load to the app (even though I bought it in the app), there was no track info, and there was no booking reference code. It’s a good thing the ticket was emailed to me. Otherwise, I’d have lost the ticket when I exited the app and then went back to it to figure out my track info. I use other train apps like DB Navigator and it is much, much, much better than the SNCB app. This app is terrible and needs to be overhauled.

The app won’t let me login to my accoun.

This app was updated in mid 2022 and since then has been TERRIBLE. Interface is awkward, data not available, regularly does not work, and data analytics make no sense. Sometimes change is not actually necessary--in this case it was a huge step backward.

Not easy way to book a train ride from Paris to Arcachon

Responsive, and saves time!

I was charged money on my card without having the ticket, after is payed i got a confirmation and then 5 seconds later i got an error message!!
