It has been six years since I last bought anything, and I figured it was long over-do but time to delete an account of mine associated with the app. After several attempts of choosing the “Delete Account” option I have received only one message back to back non-stop which reads “Sorry! Unable to delete the user profile” I have tried contacting costumer service via email & the support number listed on the app & web to no avail. I have sent multiple emails & have waited months now with no change. Everyone should be able to delete & close their accounts whenever they want. It would be appreciated if the next update made this easier.
