Took months to respond. Never responded to any emails or enquires after sending several emails to multiple support emails. Don’t bother messaging Instagram because they “don’t handle customer service issues” finally got a reply after 4 months of waiting. 2 sentences saying they no longer ship to Australia. Thanks for the help.

It has been six years since I last bought anything, and I figured it was long over-do but time to delete an account of mine associated with the app. After several attempts of choosing the “Delete Account” option I have received only one message back to back non-stop which reads “Sorry! Unable to delete the user profile” I have tried contacting costumer service via email & the support number listed on the app & web to no avail. I have sent multiple emails & have waited months now with no change. Everyone should be able to delete & close their accounts whenever they want. It would be appreciated if the next update made this easier.
