still waiting for ios update

entering amount is impossible its always clear the field to zero

It must be used to take benefits like you use points in utility store in Pakistan and etc.

Keep getting please update your app to latest version message when I already have the latest version

Simple question, Do you know how to develop an app? Did you ever tested the app after development? Do you really know what is a word USER EXPERIENCE means? Please google all above answers and upload a new version after fixing all bugs !!!!

Why you make it too complicated?? I never saw this type of amount writing before, i dont understand how to write exact amount, whenever im trying to write it becomes zero, i dont know if it is bug or something but its too complicated, im trying but didn’t found a way how to write amount, it becomes zero when im trying to write exact amount.

Totally waste app. First it did not automatically added my points. Second tried to add points by self award option. Amount column automatically becomes ‘0’ after first digit. Poor complaint management. Raised the issue multiple times but no response.

I was trying to add my self points on the app but after putting the Remittance transaction number app is accepting the remittance amount which made this app useless.please fix this issue.

After almost two months of launch still didn't able to register remittances transaction.After every step in the app it's time out and go back to sign in page.very disappointing and poor👎

1. Can’t enter full mobile number (only allow 7 digits, while 2 extra are needed for operator), 2. Amount (in Remitter Verification step) doesn’t accept any integers. I am using iPhone 11. Pathetic
