Soul Sanctuary

My new favourite yoga and lifestyle app. An am an experienced Yogi and I love the Soul Sanctuary by Cat Meffan. Her flows are fun, playful, intuitive and challenging. I use the app mostly for my morning flow but recently am using it 2x/day for more yoga/meditation/breathwork after work. The app itself is easy to use and beautiful. There is a lot more content on here than I excepted which is great. Happy I bought a membership. Thank you Cat!

Absolutely an amazing app! I love the flows, it is completely worth my money. Accessible for starters, as well as for the advanced. There is a planner for the month which shows suggested practices, there is a journal feature and so much more. What can I say, I am just in love with the Soul Sanctuary family!

Soul Sanctuary is my go to yoga platform. The app is very easy to use. I love that you can select the sessions that you have completed and love. Cat is an amazing instructor. I feel I have improved. I also love the guest instructors. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful platform to practice yoga, Cat is a genuine and authentic teacher. There are numerous types of classes, yoga, meditation, how to learn certain poses. Live classes also. Yoga covers every level from beginner, intermediate and advanced. Fantastic value, I have done yoga for many years with many teachers. Cat is one of the best and this platform is the best I have done and I have done a few.

I can’t rave enough about Cat and the soul sanctuary. Yoganuary is the best way to start the year and all the flows are amazing. It has everything you need to truly nurture your body and soul.

I’m so glad that I downloaded The Soul Sanctuary App. I’ve always enjoyed yoga but this has opened up a whole level of practices that I didn’t even know existed. I love the variety of classes and teachers. Cat is a fantastic teacher and her nurturing ways really make you feel connected to a community. The best yoga app out there!

There’s so many videos to choose from and I love the option to select at random if I don’t know what I’m in the mood for. I couldn’t be without it now!! 🤩

Wonderful teaching with a variety of classes, great for not only asana practices but meditation and learning more about the philosophy of yoga too.

I have just bought an annual membership after a month of using the app. It’s amazing. There is so much to discover and learn I actually look forward to getting up in the morning to turn up on my mat. I’ve told everyone that will listen how good it is. It’s a great community, I’m so pleased I joined 🙏🥰
