Soul Sanctuary is my go to yoga platform. The app is very easy to use. I love that you can select the sessions that you have completed and love. Cat is an amazing instructor. I feel I have improved. I also love the guest instructors. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful platform to practice yoga, Cat is a genuine and authentic teacher. There are numerous types of classes, yoga, meditation, how to learn certain poses. Live classes also. Yoga covers every level from beginner, intermediate and advanced. Fantastic value, I have done yoga for many years with many teachers. Cat is one of the best and this platform is the best I have done and I have done a few.

I can’t rave enough about Cat and the soul sanctuary. Yoganuary is the best way to start the year and all the flows are amazing. It has everything you need to truly nurture your body and soul.

I’m so glad that I downloaded The Soul Sanctuary App. I’ve always enjoyed yoga but this has opened up a whole level of practices that I didn’t even know existed. I love the variety of classes and teachers. Cat is a fantastic teacher and her nurturing ways really make you feel connected to a community. The best yoga app out there!

There’s so many videos to choose from and I love the option to select at random if I don’t know what I’m in the mood for. I couldn’t be without it now!! 🤩

I have just bought an annual membership after a month of using the app. It’s amazing. There is so much to discover and learn I actually look forward to getting up in the morning to turn up on my mat. I absolutely love Soul Sanctuary. All of the classes are excellent and there’s a great mix of yoga styles to choose from depending on your needs and mood. The meditation session are brilliant too!
