I found the swipe sound composer feature to be… well, dumb. Confusing. Unnecessary and obtrusive. And I feel sorry to say that. But I don’t know if I like the sound of burning hay because I couldn’t hear the sound of burning hay. It was mixed together in this weird sound soup. I wasted the 15 free swipes just trying to figure out what the sounds were. The app may be awesome but I quickly was disappointed. I just might not be the target market.
I find the sounds very hard to customize. The harsh wind or wave sound is like nails on a chalkboard. The sound quality is awful! Disappointing. I really wanted to like this app.
I like the idea and wish it worked but the app is buggy. I rebooted my phone to see if it helped, it did improve but was still too glitchy to be something I’d pay for. Examples: select to play a track by one of the artists and it wouldn’t do anything, but sometimes it would go to the next screen. Once on the next screen it may or may not start playing the track. Sometimes 3/4 of the parts of the track would play but not the 4th part. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m inclined to think that several of them are fake/paid for reviews. There’s no way this app is 4.4-5 stars.
I have received personal support from the CEO and the tech team to fix any issues I had with the app. I use this app on the daily to track my emotions. I also use it for the music to concentrate and help me fall asleep.
Seems really cool but after downloading it never opens, I tried deleting and redownloading as well as restarting my phone. Dunno whats up but hopefully just a bug that can be fixed soon.
I just downloaded the app and decided to do the 7-day free trial, however, was immediately charged for the full year subscription. Additionally, after processing the charge for the full year, the app does not give me access to the games and asks me to subscribe again. I will reverse the charge through my credit card, as this is deceitful in its practice. Offering a 7 day free trial should not mean that you get charged before the 7 days are over.
I’ve been using this app a lot for anxiety after work. Sometimes people forget how stressful a big work environment can be when the work piles on, and I’m unable to listen to meditations while de-compressing or while working. This app has allowed me to multi-task and complete more deliverables for my job. I have struggled, and I really appreciate the musical components to mental health.
I’m not sure how an app which increases screen time, collects personal information, and sells gimmicky products is supposed to reduce anxiety in children. This app appears to simply profit upon vulnerable individuals. Just read through the questionable privacy policy to see what the true intentions are.
I love the PREMIUM features on this app! It truly is an incredible resource for any and everyone to use day to day. From journaling, to calming sounds, mental health check-ins, and even emergency alerts... this is far more than just an app!!
As someone who faces struggles with mental health every day, this app does such an amazing job at analyzing what I am going through and helps minimize my anxiety attacks by guiding me through active coping skills. So grateful to have found it!
