Cannot even configure the Sounpeats Q32s to the iOS app!!!

The in ear detection keeps pausing music and the new update has no option to turn the function off.

Trouble with earphones not working the same since latest update on new iPhone .

After numerous attempts to try and sign in on the appI’ve given up. I will be sending these back unless I get help from the developers as how the hell you sign in. SHOCKING!!!!

Downloaded the App 👍 What ever you try - the App will not except the password, tried multiple times, so you cannot register Will keep trying, if unsuccessful I will be returning these

Keeps telling me I haven’t entered my password correctly

I’ve had no problems connecting to the app on a very old iPhone. It’s very basic and not all translated to English properly, but it works.

i’ve tried to log in many times and i’ve made an account, yet every time i try to log in it says “login failed” - fix the app!!!

The app is pretty good but is not optimised for the true air4 lite, there is no option for customising the tap functions and stop playing the music when taking out the buds from the ear. If they add that, i will give it 5 stars.

Not detected my headphones since the day I bought them. Pathetic.
