Won’t let me access my account as I’m outside the UK. This wasn’t mentioned when buying tickets.

Keeps blocking me saying to use the app in the UK. But I’m using the app in the uk. So can’t access my tickets I have lined up causing hassle. No response to contact made.

Technical error prevents me from registering. Tried over a few different days

Is good, but would be excellent if a closed screen reminder existed. Also, retain railcard options when booking consecutive trains.

What a piece of garbage

I wish it wouldn’t log you out periodically and I wish it used faceid to log you back in. I also wish it would allow you to book lots of single tickets at once.

The app accurately reflects the train service.

The app only lets you use it for free it you give it 5 stars first!!! Hmmmm

The app is so ridiculously slow. It doesn’t work. Every page you’re on needs to load at least a minute or 2. I just bought a ticket and it is nowhere to be found no matter how many times I reload the page. Such a useless app.

I use the app every day to get to school and it makes life so much easier. Get this app!!!!!
