no service from outside the UK. recurring technical problems within the UK. Basic functions are not accessible (login, connections, purchased tickets). Cheap online tickets are therefore not available. VERY negative customer experience. VERY annoying if you have to travel with SWR. compared to apps from SNCF, SBB or DB, this one is complete rubbish.

The app is completely unusable without VPN if you are not from UK. Beside this the tariff system is not understandable for any normal person.

Impossible to get any information in the app if you have non-UK IP address. For tourists it’s possible to use only with VPN. 5/5 for my VPN service 2/5 for SWR App. Average 3/5

Nothing is working on this app. Can’t search, sign in or do anything.

If I try to login… „we're sorry but we can't complete your request at the moment due a technical issue, please try again later“. This app is a mess!

Is good, but would be excellent if a closed screen reminder existed. Also, retain railcard options when booking consecutive trains.

What a piece of garbage

I wish it wouldn’t log you out periodically and I wish it used faceid to log you back in. I also wish it would allow you to book lots of single tickets at once.

The app accurately reflects the train service.

The app only lets you use it for free it you give it 5 stars first!!! Hmmmm
