Been with SCCU for decades and want to be supportive but the app needs serious work. I can’t even login as the face scan just keeps popping up every time I try to go to another page. I can’t get to anything. This is also the latest version that was upgraded last week.

Seriously. If a bank can’t get their app right - doesn’t work every other day I go to use it - then how are customers meant to feel secure knowing this company is in the care of their hard earned money? If a small gaming company can sort out glitches and bugs every few weeks then surely a multi-million dollar bank can. I’m switching banks, I’ve had enough.

Great update, a minor teething issue on migration from the old app but resolved by the friendly sccu contact centre, love the new look and feel and additional functionality.

SCCU are finally catching up with the rest of the banks, this app is so much better! Now they just need OSKO payments, Pay ID and to update their 1990’s web browser banking and they’ll be all caught up Anyway I do love the new app! Great work 😀👍🏾🚀

Ever since update cannot sign in to my account through the app. The old app was outdated but at least it worked
