If I connect to my amp without the internet connection the application is closing

I don’t need “exclusive benefits”, “protect my warranty” and “VIP offers”. Just let me use my stuff. Always forgets my device if not logged in (That’s got to be intentional, because there’s no reason not to remember user’s devices without login). Need to go through 2 screens and 2 pop-up’s every time the app launches. 1 screen to find and connect to my device and the rest is trying to get me to log in. I was logged in before, but the app was unloaded and then downloaded again. After that it forgot my account. And I forgot which email I used and can’t be bothered to try and find out. Once I dialed in my tones I needed the app just for the tuner. Now I guess I’ll just use an external one and dump the app.

Hi! EQ pedal is a very good addition. But it’s impossible to use EQ and MOD pedals simultaneously((( please, fix that moment)) We need more positions for pedals. It’s possible to make Spark Amp app like BIAS FX? Or integrate BIAS FX in Spark? And could we expect connection ability for Blue Board and Spark? It’s possible to add EQ features for Spark audio? Please, add global EQ

The idea is amazing! But there are things that nice to be done: 1. Ability to use pedals like iRig Blueboard etc, to switch between presets, like from clean to distortion etc. 2. Ability to backup, import and export presets to iCloud or Dropbox, as many people use it on multiple devices like both iPad and iPhone 3. For owners if expensive addons like BIAS FX2 mobile and BIAS AMP2 mobile, also with purchased Celestion packs, there could be some possibility to integrate more amps, fx and cabs with Spark. We already paid a lot of money to Positive Grid for that! 4. Add tabs to jam/training mode, as some people like me have no idea how to read and use chords If thats done, I would say it should be best guitar practice app ever done!

the application is not stable and doesn’t works normally. My iPhone xr connects once and after that the device no longer connects correctly. With new iPad, everything is the same. The support service does not clarify that the application is simply not working. I can't understand why you give money for those, who did Crooked app.

I love my Spark but the app has some serious issues. After 18 months of using the app here are all the things that could be improved. - The layout needs improving. The things you tap the most (the tone list categories) are too small and it seems the app thinks you are going to edit the tone every time you select it, which is not the case. A column layout for selecting tones would be better and edit only when you tap edit. - the ability to move tones and create custom tome lists is essential. I don’t want to do 5 taps to change tones and when I gig I’d like my tones in an easy list. - There is a bug that when you use the foot switch and go from custom saved tone to a hardware tone if you tap another tone on the app it flips out and switches to the hardware tones list. You then have to make another 5 taps to get back to the other save tone in another tone list. - The app does not support side-by-side view. You cannot save or edit tones in this view. Many uses will be running a lyric app beside the Spark app when performing so it would be nice if the app supported side-by-side view. - sync to Dropbox should happen automatically because there is no way of knowing if you are signed into positive grid. It has happed to me that the app becomes signed out while using it and then you lose tone edits. And why not other cloud services other than Dropbox? - The app does not integrate with iOS password manager so signing in is a complicated cut and paste process, which is a pain if you are on stage in the dark. - The tone cloud is excellent, however searching can be weird. Sometimes searching for something gives no results when you know a tone with that name exists. - Access to the tuner from the tone view would be nice, rather that several taps away.
