For a refund u have to call the customer care many times and then also will not get your full refund

A product which is showing cost of 165 of 1 qty is getting 330 as total price with free delivery charges, either they ignored this as bug or they intentionally charging that much.

Don’t trust these guys Don’t pay online I have not received the order and these delivery guys keep calling and asking OTP.. It’s fraud app

Hi.. I have been ordering from Spencer’s for years now, and every time I place an order it automatically selects my old address inspite of changing it every time during check out. This glitch was never fixed and customers have to suffer , because delivery person will not deliver to a different address .

When ever we order anything your company accepts it and also charge full amount for the same and while on delivery half of the things is not available in your store and for that we have to suffer during working hours by going out for purchasing the same which you people can not provide us after showing availability in your application plz rectify it or else ?,??

There is no 1 hr delivery.. its a fraud.. not even a map showing location of delivery executive

No helpline no. In the app No proper professionalism

I ordered sella basmati rice on App successfully. Later the person from Spencer called me to cancel the order as the rice was not available. Really painful to see such service. I am not sure when the refund will come.

They don’t update there stocks in the app. They randomly cancel order without any reason. No option for customer care chat or calling
