My flight NYC-LAS was canceled 7 hours before takeoff without any explanation or meaningful reason. The weather was terrific, and no other companies canceled their flights. I strongly recommend that you avoid Spirit. Use it only if you can cancel your plans without any problems.

I do not recommend ordering through them at all. I missed 2 flights due to force majeure and I was robbed in Colombia, which is a reason they frequently use to avoid compensation to customers and they gave me a very poor compensation of 50 dollars. Really bad

Worst airline ever!! Don’t ever book with them! My flight was delayed by 6 hours and then canceled, they kept us in the airport for an extra 5 hours and I was refused a voucher and ended up traveling 20+ hours (without food or water) instead of 4!!

The worst I ever had! First the Spirit App did not accept my email address, and also did not accept my password. Then it did not send me a new password after I had pressed “forgot password “- the system said that my email address is not valid, although it is! Your agent even confirmed it is! Following the failure of the AppI called your agent by WhatApp- I waited on line for an hour and a half while I was transferred to two agents, asked over and over the same questions, yet still they couldn’t process my request for adding one checked bag. Follwing this I called your phone line. Again waited half an hour , again transferred with two agents, again they did not process my request, and eventually the call was disconnected by Spirit! You owe me a compansation Big compensation!!!!!

Spirit is unable to provide trustable time table. Spirit requires customers to pay on each and every turn I do not like that company
