The worst experience. Had a $388. credit from a cancelled flight. first they told me a year that the credit was good for now when I called to use it towards my bags they told me it was only good for three months and they can’t help me and beat me out of $380 and the supervisor was beyond rude didn’t bother to help me at all and then wouldn’t transfer me to pay for my bags and hung up on me. Disgusting.

We are so disappointed and frustrated for all the inconvenience and discomfort to this cancellation has been caused to us and our family; we made arrangements on our families, jobs, babysitter, etc , with we aren’t able to fulfill our commitments, we are expecting at least some refund for all this inconvenience and mess this has been caused to us. They canceled flights and asking to rebook new reservations with new prices that went up over $100. Is that their regular practice? It was my first and probably last experience with spirit. Never will flying with them again. Better to spend extra $100 and fly with safe airline then use that crapp airline and they customer service.
