SRAM AXS

This app is absolutely horrible. Full of bugs. Nothing works. SRAM please fix this… This is ridiculous, considering the cost of these components.

Very buggy shows needing firmware updates on all of the components, but yet nothing happens tried rebooting, and restarting, changing batteries, updating software updating iPhone, etc.. Not a great experience.

The front and rear derailleur firmware won’t install, front controller firmware installed fine, but the app shows that the bike “isn’t ready” to ride without the firmware for the other two components.

Totally unreliable, I have a transition repeater PT with the sram auto shifting and all sran component. The app will work 2 in 10. One day it load up every component but will not led you change configuration , next time it won’t read any component. And other time like today it will deactivate component like pods and all have to be re configure again. Been at the dealer 3 times this week. My deviation is to sell the bike. Transition frame are grate but the sram application with the sram motor system is far from ready to the market

Firmware update just doesn’t work. Now my the display on my bike says “Invalid config”. It won’t update the Eagle Powertrain. Please test your App better and newer ever release an app over the weekend when all support is unreachable.

Did a firmware update and my shifters stopped working. Turns out at least one battery the app called “good” was dead as a doornail. Replaced the battery and then the app wouldn’t recognize the past components that worked at the start of the process. Killed my ride today. Riding parter was not pleased. Will move forward using the app as little as possible with the goal of not using it at all.

First, you have to dig in three levels to get to your drive chain adjustments, which is really the only thing I use the app for. Second, the app doesn’t seem to switch to the cog the bike is actually on. you have to force quit and reopen the app to get it to move to the right cog to make adjustments. I got a developer response saying that’s not how the app is supposed to work. Well, no kidding. Maybe you can fix it.

Keeps telling me I need a firmware update. I hit AXS button as directed and nothing happens. Tell me again why electronics on a bike are a good thing?

This thing worked a couple of years ago. Now unusable. I just want to check battery levels in my shifters. Inexcusable problems. Fix them or stop trying. Hit me up if you need some help.

Be harder to design a worse app.
