Hopeless service time change the provider

It’s ok, I guess. It’s very slow sometimes, social media stories or posts that contain videos take forever to upload, it’s annoying and frustrating. I probably wouldn’t have ordered this had I paid more attention to the *“speeds up to”* 500 mps fine print. Customer service is very polite and responsive though, wait times are pretty short (usually just a few minutes) and they’re available 24/7, which is nice. And I did end up getting a 45 day free trial when I signed up. If you live alone or have a roommate or partner and you’re just using this internet to watch tv, use your laptops or your phones, this internet plan is fine. But if you have multiple devices connected like my family and I do (2 TVs, 3 phones, 2 gaming systems, 3 laptops, an air fryer etc), then I’d keep looking for something faster.

I have not been able to connect to the Internet since last night. I texted y'all that I needed some support help and nobody ever got back to me.

Dont ever use starry. Im done with it. Im on the $50 a month plan, but charges me $60 them credits my card only charging $46 and then turns around and charges me again telling me that I haven't paid, when they were the ones who charged my card twice messes it up, and tried to tell me that they have no record of it. My card alerts me I every time a purchase is made or attempted and I have recieved no such notification, so I know they are lying when they say that they attempted to charge my card 7 times. It was fine at first but its a scam, they charge you every two weeks

Constant problems.

App stinks relative to Linksys - cannot see individual devices connected to the network. B league when everything else in the app is awesome.

No need to pay more, Starry always deliver great service and network. Customer support is great.
