SB FIT training programs are designed by Stephanie Buttermore for women who are interested in building muscle and gaining strength. All of the training programs focus on resistance training with female physique goals in mind to create a balanced, aesthetic and strong body.
There are four individually sold programs to choose from depending on training experience (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and training location (gym or at-home). These programs are either 8-week or 10-week long programs strategically crafted to sculpt and strengthen the body.

1. At-Home Program: Includes 6 separate 8-week programs for all levels of training experience with minimal at-home equipment. Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, there will be something for you! Build muscle and strength within the comfort of your own home.
2. Women's Foundation Program: Designed for beginner to intermediate lifters and will provide you with all the foundations of weight lifting. There are 3 separate 8-week programs included to cater to your busy schedule. These programs place an emphasis on the lower body while still developing the upper body to shape a balanced and aesthetic physique while concurrently increasing overall strength.
3. Women's Specialization Program: An 8-week program designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who wish to maximize their overall muscular development and shape. This program focuses on developing the glutes, shoulders, abs and back for an aesthetic, balanced physique while concurrently increasing overall strength.
4. Women's Optimization Program: A 10-Week program designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who want a challenging hypertrophy and strength focused program. This program is perfect for experienced lifters that want to spice up their training with advanced training techniques to maximize their muscular potential. This lower body focused program will also build a strong and balanced physique.

Absolutely awesome! I love it and i love how it tracks the previous weights you used. The only reason i removed a star is because I would love to add notes to my workouts to better track myself.

The app is so easy to use and I love how the YouTube videos are right there for each exercise. The only thing I would be looking for otherwise is a comments section for each exercise so I could add in my reps and if I did an alternative exercise etc.

New app won’t let me sign in

The old app worked up until today. Couldn’t get past the loading screen, would just say something about it being a splash screen? Delete it off my phone and redownload the app. Now it won’t let me log in. Try forgot password and it doesn’t recognize my email. Tried signing up and it can’t get passed the loading screen. 🫠

Super simple, easy to use and follow her well developed programs. Just wish there was a spot to add notes under each exercise so we can track alternatives, or make notes of how we were feeling that day, etc.

I am so glad that there is a free app to use along with the programs. It really helped me keep track of my progress! I wasn’t having much luck figuring out a good way to keep track on my phone. My only wishes are that there was a place to keep notes for each day and there was a way to reset the program and also save your history. I think those 3 things would make this app something I would use indefinitely. For what it is, it’s amazing and has helped me so so much. Love it!!

So thoughtful and kind to make the app free to use with programs that have already been purchased. These programs are great and the app is super straight forward and easy to use.

It was working fine for 5 days and now it is stuck in the splash screen forever

I Love SB programs and have been using them for years. The app just makes the programs that much easier to use. My only wish is that there was a notes section in each workout day so that I could add any modifications/changes etc.
