I bought 10 tickets but whenever I want to open them in "my digital tickets", the app just closes / crashes. This means I am forced to pay more expensive tickets, and can't use the tickets that I already bought and paid for...

Hello! It seems that there is a bug or something with the app as when I try to use the STIB-MIVB the QR is not generated and I can only see the dots of loading. • Tried to wait (never worked) • Rebooted the app (did not work) • Closed and re-opened my profile (did not work) • The issue only happens with STIB-MIVB, I can generate a QR from other providers like De Lijn or SNCB-NMBS. • Same version of IOs • Same version of the app (latest to date) Note: It was interesting that issue was reproducible on my wife's cellphone, but not on my friends cellphone, the only different thing was that my friend activated the Brupass 10 ticket right ahead and we selected the option to enable it later. Maybe the bug is there.

I bought the Brupass 10 journey and I got charged 2 times! So I had to pay 16€ x 2 ? That’s really irritating. And what worse, the app doesn’t work at all. The QR Code for the STIB doesn’t appear at all!!!!

You can‘t use the app to actually use it as a ticket if you have bought an annual subscription. It‘s quite frustrating, so you always need to take your plastic card eith you

Aujourd’hui j’ai essayé à prendre le T8 de Louise au Hippodrome Boitsfort et la ligne a été dérivée en direction Etterbeek. Le app n’était pas et n’es tjrs pas actualisé … Par consequence, j’ai perdu mon RDV et 1 heure en transport publique!

Not user friendly. You can not buy an onlime ticket, if you don’t have their card.

New app layout is nice but it shows ‘no real time data available’?

I used the old application every day but was forced to changed to the new version. Sorry but the new version/ actual version is just trash! I’m living in Brussels and honestly I’m just able to find some metro and bus lines because I take them every day! Why isn’t there an option which shows you every line like in the old version?! It was very useful to have every line on one page. Now you have to search for the lines... Why complicated when there is an easier way? This version is just confusing and everything but user friendly!!! If someone who takes every day the STIB can’t use this app properly how must a tourist think of it? For the moment I’m back to using google maps, way easier!!

De app crasht elke keer als ik naar ‘digitale tickets’ ga, deze is dus onbruikbaar voor mij

L’application a souvent des bug et ne trouve pas d’itinéraire même pour aller à 10min de chez soi. Au 17/06/24 l’application bug toujours. On ne sait pas effectuer une recherche.
