Your interface is very hard to use on an ipad. It does not expand to the screen size and show enough lines while entering data!

There is not enough help using this software. Keep in mind that the majority of your clients/passengers are senior citizens with limited technical skills!

Nowhere does it say what the max file size is. I tried two images, each 2MB, and it was rejected. When I used the camera in the iPhone 13 I was using, the files were also deemed to exceed the limit. Not everyone has the tech smarts to use this app. I guess this dinosaur is a failure.

Just applied for my stock perks. Only 10 days prior to the cruise even though I started this process way back in early December. Some doubt if I will get the credit as it is so close. Hopefully there’s flexibility in this time of transition from the previous easy process Princess had in place.
