Confusing App with few instructions with no response from communication after 4 days. Tried to apply for on board credit after my credentials were approved, but I just got a message that it is either being processed or is approved and to please check my App for status, but the App states nothing.
I didn’t have the problems others experienced. I download Stockperks to my iPad mini. It was easy to upload my stockbroker statement to the app, wait for email with next steps, then fill out name, booking #, submit. Received email updates throughout the entire process, within a week received email ‘successful OBC application to itinerary’. Two thumps up!
The only thing that this company will do will be to reject your redemption.
I put the wrong booking number by mistake. It was denied, but to way to correct it. Contacted email the denial told me to. The response was they could not help. This app is awful!
We’ve been using the Stockperks app since Carnival converted to this platform with very few issues. When I submitted a question about connecting to my brokerage account, I received a quick response. Very easy to use app! Keep up the good work!
Most cumbersome app I have ever used. I’ll consider selling my stock and never again cruising.

I have >100>CCL shares in a Fidelity account. That has got to be a pretty typical scenario! But stockperks does not recognize them. There is no diagnostic function or help line. It is as if someone set out to design a frustrating user experience!
