So I honestly got this app thinking I can do it for free without having to pay because it never said anything about paying so I got it and deleted it I was ready to work out and now I’m just disappointed.

Hurt knees immediately
The only free exercise that I was able to do hurt my knees, almost immediately, and that’s the only exercise that I can sample to see if it’s worth paying money for this app. I’m not going to do it because it literally already caused an injury.
I LOVE MY STRETCH APP
Sam makes it so easy and amazing. I do the back relief routine multiple times a week if I don’t make it to the gym and it keeps my back in great shape! Thanks Sam!!!
How I became flexible
I love this because I never knew how to do a split until I knew how to do a split. I learned how to be flexible. I was never flexible and I love now how I’m flexible. I love this app and you should download it.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I LOVE THIS APP!! It is so easy to follow along with and he offers stretches for everyone. I’m a dancer and I really need to continue working on my flexibility and I love that he is so encouraging with making sure that I get a good stretch no matter what pose I’m in.

Good way to get back into stretching
I used to be very flexible but lost it over time. I wanted something that was more challenging then for beginners. As he does have programs for everyone, I found it nice to be doing something a little bit harder. He has wonderful stretches for individual parts of your body and has for constant feedback to challenge your body even more
In-app purchase price
I want to use the app but I feel like $15 a month is a little excessive just to get into stretching. If prices can come down to $6 a month then id me more likely to continue with the app.
